Invitation to the 2024 General Meeting

The Executive Board of Charter of Digital Networking e.V. cordially invites you to the 2024 virtual general meeting.

The general meeting will take place on Thursday, November 14, 2024 following the closing session of this year’s DIV conference from 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm via MS Teams webinar as a video conference.

Proposed agenda:

  1. Welcome by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Jens Mühlner and the Executive Chairman Markus Wartha, determination of the quorum, setting of the agenda
  2. Report of the Chairman of the Executive Board Jens Mühlner
  3. Annual Report of the Executive Board Markus Wartha
  4. Cash report 2023 of the Executive Board Markus Wartha and budget planning 2024 and 2025, discussion on this
  5. Approval of the annual financial statements and discharge of the Executive Board for 2023
  6. Amendment to the Articles of Association
  7. Election of the auditors
  8. Planning of measures and activities in 2024 and 2025, debate on this
  9. Applications
  10. Farewell

The general meeting takes place via MS Teams webinar.

Your motions for the agenda can be submitted by e-mail to the office at office1@charta-digitale-vernetzung.de by 08.11.2024.

If you wish to be represented at the General Meeting by another member, please send the corresponding power of attorney (please include your name and company) by e-mail to the office by November 8, 2024.
