Digitalization is a phenomenon that permeates and challenges our society. It seems to have an inherent power that goes hand in hand with change in many areas. Against this backdrop, there is also talk of a digital transformation, a fundamental upheaval that is shaking up and restructuring our interactions and seems to be characterized by a new quality of interwovenness between people, organization and technology in almost all areas of life.
