The Federal Cabinet has adopted an action plan to implement the findings of the report by the Ethics Commission on Automated Driving. In the report, the panel of experts headed by former Federal Constitutional Court judge Prof. Dr. Dr. Udo Di Fabio developed guidelines for the programming of automated driving systems.
