The E-Invoicing Ordinance adopted by the Federal Cabinet stipulates that in future, private companies will be able to issue invoices to public authorities and federal administration institutions mainly electronically. The ordinance specifies detailed requirements in relation to the “E-Invoicing Act” published in the Federal Law Gazette in April 2017.
